Charlotte Wedding Photographers Capture True Love Birds on their Wedding Day

What is true love you ask? Well our Irresistible Portraits team was able to witness it first hand this past weekend at the wedding nuptials of Mary Craig Misenheimer and Rich Palmatary.

On your wedding day you expect to see love in the air, right?  Sometimes as a wedding photographer you say “these two are made for each other.”  For Mary Craig and Rich that is an understatement! Just look at this lovable couple!

The Highlands of North Carolina provided a gorgeous backdrop for this beautiful wedding weekend.  Highland, NC is one of those places that is simply breathing taking and could be called a little slice of heaven  When Karen and her team arrived at The Farm at Old Edwards Inn and Spa we knew that this was going to be an incredible weekend and more importantly a photographer’s dream setting.  With magical flower gardens, enchanted orchards and a quaint farm house Karen couldn’t wait to get started.

The wedding festivities began early on Saturday morning with an “I Do Dash” 5k for the bride and groom and any guests that wanted to participate.  What a fun way to being your wedding day!

The wedding party added so much enthusiasm to the day.  This made it extra special for Mary Craig and Rich since the wedding party was such a tight knit family.

The bride was just glowing and looked absolutely stunning.  If you know Mary Craig, you know she is a laid back, easy going person and her wedding day was no different.  She was awesome to work with !

As a special gift for his bride, Rich bought Mary Craig a gorgeous pair of earrings.

There was such detail put into every aspect of the wedding day.  The flower arrangements were created by Flora and they were so exquisite and added such an elegant touch to the day.

Every little detail was perfect for the reception and the guests celebrated in style in the beautiful venue of Old Edwards Inn.  The food was prepared by the senior chef at The Farms.  The shrimp and grits were beyond amazing!

The Grooms Cake was created to replicate the place of Mary Craig and Rich’s first kiss.  The couple shared their first kiss at the Empire State Building in NYC!

The first ever Irresistible Portraits Photo Booth made its debut at the wedding!

It was a huge success and as you can see from the portraits loads of fun! It was amazing how many different ways you can pose a chicken!

Congratulations to the Bride and Groom, Mr. and Mrs. Palmatary!!!!
