Focused on a Cure

Focused on a Cure, an Irresistible Portraits Foundation, was founded in 2009. Our traveling display, the Survivor Exhibit, raises awareness and provides hope for people fighting breast cancer. Each Survivor Metal tells the story of a breast cancer journey through words and images. All money donated to Focused on a Cure is donated back into the community through our grant process. Focused on a Cure has raised and donated over $253,000 since its start.

Habitat for Humanity

Habitat for Humanity Cabarrus County is a non-profit Christian housing ministry. Since our founding by local churches in 1989 Habitat Cabarrus has built nearly 150 new houses, completed rehab work and, home repairs on 125 houses and has served 15 families in transitional housing. Nearly 900 people, including more than 450 children have benefited from Habitat Cabarrus’ work in our community.
